Why I Started Nesra

I strongly believe that technology can empower business to grow and give value for others even further.

Many businesses already have good products, good operations, and good people. But as the business grows, the work also becomes more complex. The team starts to repeat the same manual process, data is scattered in many places, and decisions are often made without clear visibility.

That is the point where technology can help.

Not because every business need fancy technology. But because the right software, the right data system, and the right AI implementation can remove bottleneck from the business.

That is why I started building Nesra.

The Vision: A Technology Enabler for Indonesian Businesses

Nesra is my attempt to become a technology enabler for Indonesian businesses.

The goal is to help companies become more automated, more data-driven, and more AI-enabled. Not in a generic way, but in a way that fits their real business context.

I do not want Nesra to become a company that only builds software because software sounds interesting. I want it to help businesses solve real operating problems.

The goal: make technology become a growth engine for Indonesian businesses.

What Nesra Does

Nesra helps businesses through three main areas:

  • Software Automation: Build software to automate repetitive process, reduce manual work, and make operations more consistent.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Optimize business data so leaders and teams can see what is happening clearly and decide better.
  • Practical AI Adoption: Use AI in the business context, whether through machine learning, LLM, RAG, or other AI workflow that can improve speed, quality, and consistency.

These three things are connected.

Software helps the business run better. Data helps the business understand itself better. AI helps the business work faster and smarter when the context is clear.

What Makes Nesra Different

  • Business-First Technology: Nesra starts from the business problem, not from the technology trend.
  • Practical Implementation: The output should be something the team can actually use in their daily workflow.
  • Software, Data, and AI Together: Many problems cannot be solved by only one layer. Sometimes the business need automation first, then better data, then AI on top of it.
  • Built for Indonesian Businesses: Nesra is focused on the context of Indonesian companies, their operations, their market, and their stage of technology adoption.

The Problem I’m Solving

At the heart of it, I want to help businesses move from manual and scattered work into systems that can scale.

Many companies still depend on manual approvals, repeated Excel work, disconnected tools, unclear reporting, and decisions that are hard to validate. When the business is still small, this may still work. But when the business grows, this becomes a bottleneck.

With Nesra, I want to help businesses answer questions like:

  • Which repetitive process can we automate?
  • Which data should we connect so the business can see clearly?
  • Which report can the team trust?
  • Which decision can be improved with better data?
  • Which AI use case actually makes sense for this business?
  • How can technology help the team work faster without making the system more complicated?

That is the kind of problem I want Nesra to solve.

Where I’m At Today

Nesra is already live as the main umbrella for the products and services I build around software, data, and AI.

Inside Nesra, I am building products like Omnichannel and also helping businesses through Nesra Lab, where the work is more custom around business operations.

My focus right now is making Nesra useful for real companies in Indonesia: automating repetitive work, organizing business data, and applying AI only when it can create practical value.
